Key Responsibilities:

- Process of written customer inquiries

- Enter, verify and rework customer orders

- Enter and maintain customer data

- Handling inbound calls

 

Job Requirements:

- native or near-native speakers in English (C1 or C2)

- good communication skills 

- Independent and conscientious way of working and a fast understanding

- Safe handling of the 10-finger typing system on the PC

 

We offer:

Attractive Salary: 1828,04 € (gross) / Full-time 

Regular working hours -  (flexible between 8.30 am to 6 pm)

- Fixed-term work contract for one year with the option of being taken on
